1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide a better browsing experience, and supply information to the site owners. Some cookies are essential for the site to function, while others help us understand how visitors use our site.
2. Cookies We Use
FrontlineHQ uses a minimal set of cookies. We prioritize your privacy and only use cookies that are necessary for the site to work properly.
Essential Cookies (Required)
These cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function. They enable core features such as authentication, session management, and security. You cannot opt out of essential cookies as the site would not work without them.
| Cookie Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Supabase | Authentication session. Stores your login state so you stay signed in. | Session / 7 days |
| sb-*-auth-token-code-verifier | Supabase | PKCE code verifier for secure OAuth flows. | Session |
| __vercel_live_token | Vercel | Deployment preview authentication (development only). | Session |
Analytics Cookies (None Currently)
FrontlineHQ does not currently use any analytics cookies or tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking tools. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out mechanism before enabling them.
Marketing / Advertising Cookies (None)
We do not use marketing, advertising, or retargeting cookies. We do not serve targeted advertisements or track your browsing activity across other websites.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our site may be set by third-party services we integrate with:
- Supabase: Sets authentication cookies to manage your login session. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
- Stripe: May set cookies during the checkout process for payment security and fraud prevention. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Calendly: May set cookies when you use the "Book a Demo" scheduling widget. See Calendly Privacy Policy.
4. How to Opt Out and Manage Cookies
You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View what cookies are stored on your device
- Delete specific cookies or all cookies at once
- Block cookies from specific websites
- Block all third-party cookies
- Set your browser to notify you when a cookie is being set
Important: If you disable essential cookies (particularly the Supabase authentication cookie), you will not be able to log in to your FrontlineHQ account. The website will still be browsable, but authenticated features will not work.
Browser-Specific Cookie Settings
5. Cookie Duration
The cookies we use fall into two categories based on their duration:
- Session cookies: These are temporary cookies that are deleted automatically when you close your browser. They are used to maintain your session while you navigate the site.
- Persistent cookies: These remain on your device for a set period (e.g., 7 days for the authentication token) or until you manually delete them. They are used to remember your login state across visits.
6. Local Storage and Similar Technologies
In addition to cookies, we may use browser local storage to store non-sensitive preferences such as UI state (e.g., sidebar collapsed/expanded, theme preference). Local storage data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear local storage through your browser's developer tools or settings.
7. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If we introduce new non-essential cookies, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required by law.
